Rejuvenate & Reset Flow
This class is a combination of medium to slow-paced flow, calming breath exercises, and gentle stretches to de-stress and rejuvenate your body and mind. It followed by Pranayama and Meditation. It's a perfect class to reset your energy and connect inward.
