[Emotional Release Yoga + Meditation]

We will practice 1 hr of Vinyasa Flow + Pranayama + Kriya + 15 mins meditation focusing on releasing emotional turbulence and practice the tools to rewire emotional reactions.
If you would like to use writing as a way of processing and releasing your emotions, please have a pen and notebook ready.
Suggested props: 1~2 blankets, 1~2 blocks, 1 strap

I am a Yoga Teacher and Holistic Health Coach and have been teaching in Los Angeles since 2009. I am passionate and dedicated to learning and sharing the tools that help us live with expanded awareness and greater mental and physical health.
